Scent box & Perfume Review: A Great Way to Sample Perfume
As you guys might know by now, I am a bit of a perfume connoisseur. I just love perfumes and smelling amazing. I was always on the lookout for a perfume subscription that offers samples of premium perfumes because your girl doesn’t have £250 to splash out on the full-size options. Scent Box for me sounded like a great option for me.
I already have a subscription with Secret Scent Box which I like but with Scent Box you get to choose which perfume you want to choose each month, rather than it being a surprise.

How Does Scent Box Work?
The process is very simple thankfully. You choose the plan you want which is standard, premium and platinum. After this, you choose which perfume you would like to sample.
The price points are £13.68 for Standard, £17.72 for premium and £24.98 for platinum. Since it was my first box I got the platinum plan for £14.33
I chose platinum because I always wanted to try Creed perfumes but at their price point it’s out of my range. There are 150+ platinum perfumes to choose from which was a struggle but I did have a few I had in mind.
I eventually chose Creed Royal Princess Oud after looking at all the perfumes.
The Parcel
My order was dispatched on January 2nd, and I finally received it on January 14th! I was worried it would get lost in the mail, but when I realised it was dispatched from Beverly Hills, I breathed a sigh of relief.
When my order came it was well packaged in a bubble wrap envelope and a box with the atomizer inside. I feel like they like to make sure it comes perfect and it sure did.
The Perfume
I was a little dubious at first. I was like oh I hope you smell good because I was patiently waiting for it to come. My goodness Royal Princess Oud is strong and I mean one spray and you could smell it in the entire room strong!
Royal Princess Oud is a floral amber, crisp & gourmand fragrance. It’s very feminine and it was like walking through a field of fresh flowers on a beautiful summer day in the countryside.
Boy, it’s a long-lasting fragrance too! I put it on in the morning after my shower and I can still smell it when I go to bed at night, it’s that good!
I liked Scent Box but I don’t think I’ll get it every month. I would probably get it whenever I feel boujee. I am very glad I gave it a try. though.

Small samples for perfumes are a great idea. I am very picky what I can wear, so this one could be really helpful to decide.

That’s a pretty useful way to try new perfumes without spending too much. Finding a signature scent takes time, so this helps.
That's a really cute packaging. This kind of subscription is practical, you get to try the perfume so it won't go to waste if you don't like it…really a great service for perfume lovers!

This is a service my mum and I would love to have. Knowing the order, even though it was shipped from Beverly Hills, arrived nicely packaged and in perfect condition will put to ease any concerns about international shipping.
Royal Princess Oud sounds like a powerful, beautiful fragrance that lasts all day! It’s great that you got to experience something so luxurious, even if just for a special occasion.

This really is a great way to sample perfumes. I like the packaging and size. I haven't been wearing perfumes much and would like to try some of these.

This is good to know and a great way to check out some new perfumes. I will say, some scents I have purchased smelt good then when I sprayed on it wasn't pleasant. So, this is a great concept!
It's interesting to hear how strong it smells! I am not a huge fan of strong scents, but the scent profile sounds fantastic.
