Bint Hooran Ard Al Zaafaran Review

Bint Hooran Ard Al Zaafaran

I am a big fan of Arabic Perfumes and Bint Hooran by Ard Al Zaafaran caught my eye! Its bottle is eye-catching with its adorable bow! Its description online describes it as an oriental fragrance with a balance of spice and fruity notes. I had my eye on it for a while until I finally grabbed it for a bargain price, you guys know I love a bargain!

I have looked at many reviews online about this perfume and wow it got so much praise for being an affordable dupe for Good Girl.

Bint Hooran Ard Al Zaafaran

Pros

  • Affordable. You can get a 100ml bottle for under £20
  • a floral, fruity scent with a hint of spice
  • Elegant bottle, and extra points for the bow!

Cons

  • Not long-lasting
Fragrance Notes

Top notes: Coriander, Cypress, Mandarin, Tarragon, Yuzu, Lemon, Sage, Bergamot, Lemon and Calamus

Middle Notes:  Nutmeg, Mignonette, Ceylon Cinnamon, Bourbon Bark, Saffron, Lily of the Valley and Blue Lotus

Base Notes: Tahiti Vetiver, Musk, Sandalwood, Cedar, Amber and Tobacco.

Bint Hooran Ard Al Zaafaran Review

Performance

WOW! When I first sprayed this, I was shocked at how delicious it smelled! You are immediately hit by the fruity and spicy notes, especially the bergamot, cinnamon, and amber notes. It’s been described as a dupe for ‘Good Girl,’ and I don’t have that in my collection yet, but I have sampled it in perfume shops before, and I think it’s very much like that.

I don’t normally go for these kinds of notes in perfumes but this shocked me and has opened my eyes to try out different perfumes. I like this one.

It doesn’t last all day unfortunately but for the price I paid, I am ok with this. Layering this perfume makes it last much longer.

When to Wear Bint Hooran

With these spicy and floral notes, I would tend to say this is more of an evening perfume. But if these notes are ones you love then they can be worn anytime.

How Much is Bint Hooran?

I have seen various prices for this, I got mine for a bargain price of just £10. I have seen them online from £12-£24.99.

Layering Options

Since this has vanilla, fruity and spicy notes, any perfume with these notes would work well with this perfume.

Final Thoughts

I am in love! A perfume that has opened my eyes to try out more perfumes!  An amazing dupe and an amazing perfume in its own right. It is very sophisticated and smells expensive.

For the price I paid, I am shocked at how good it is!

Since the bottle is so huge I don’t know if I will repurchase it because I am sure it will last me for ages haha!

Thanks so much for reading my review of Bint Hooran. If you love perfume check out my other perfume reviews here.

Until next time

Mel xx

im only sad that it’s not long-lasting. I’ve had perfumes that have lasted more than 10 years! But I have to at least try this.

The way you described the blend of fruity and spicy notes, (especially bergamot, cinnamon, and amber), sound gorgoues!! Love finding gorgeous scents at great pricing. Even though it doesn’t last all day, it sounds perfect!

Sounds like an amazing scent! I love cinnamon and amber and this has piqued my interest. And yes, it looks like it such a big bottle. Definitely going to last awhile!

I don’t see nutmeg much in a fragrance. Mixed with lemon? Yes, please. I’d love to try this perfume.

Great to hear it lasts all day and not too strong. Finding a perfume that lasts all day without being overpowering is a win. I would love to try it myself.

A good fragrance can leave a lasting impression. When a scent feels luxurious and well-balanced, it’s always worth adding to the collection. ♥
